🔒 Privacy policy ​
Wesley Batista built the DogVision app as a Free app. This app is available in the Google Play Store at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page explains how DogVision handles information when you use the app.
DogVision processes camera images, photos, and videos on your device. I do not collect or upload your camera feed, captured photos, or captured videos. The app does use third-party services for advertising and optional crash diagnostics, and those services may collect or process information as described below and in their own privacy policies.
Information Collection and Use ​
The app accesses camera sensor data, to fulfil its purpose as a camera app. The camera sensor data is retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device, including advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device information, app interactions, diagnostics, and crash information.

DogVision uses Google's User Messaging Platform consent form where required so you can review and manage ad choices. Your choices affect whether DogVision requests ads and how Google and advertising partners may use related data. You can review these choices from the app's privacy settings.
Log Data ​
Crash diagnostics are optional and are disabled by default. If you enable crash diagnostics, Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports and diagnostic information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash traces, timestamps, and related app state. This information is used to diagnose crashes and improve reliability. If you disable crash diagnostics, DogVision asks Crashlytics not to collect reports and deletes unsent reports where supported by the SDK.
Cookies ​
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This app does not set browser cookies directly. However, Google AdMob and related advertising technologies may store or access information on your device, such as advertising identifiers, app set identifiers, local storage, or similar technologies, where permitted by your choices and applicable law.
Google and advertising partners may use this information to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide analytics related to advertising. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or not requested by the app. You can manage ad choices in the app's privacy settings and through Google's ad settings.
Service Providers ​
I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate operations;
- To provide services on my behalf;
- To perform app-related services; or
- To assist with app usage analysis
I want to inform users of the app that these third parties may process information to provide advertising, diagnostics, fraud prevention, analytics, and related services. Their collection and handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and by the choices you make in the app or in your device settings.
Security ​
Your trust in using the app and providing Personal Information is appreciated, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy ​
The app does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from my servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided me with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
